AS A CONSULTANT, STAFF DEVELOPMENT TRAINER, AND FACILITATOR (since 1991):
TRAININGS & CONSULTATIONS ABOUT INDIVIDUALS AND PEOPLE IN VARIOUS RELATIONSHIPS including School, Work, and Organizations Trainings about people, whether clients, associates, parents, children, or family. The trainings will help individuals understand that who and what they are, is the result of understandable and logical forces and experiences. The recognition and understanding of these forces and experiences that comes through the trainings will empower professionals, individuals, adults, or the family or organization to move toward more productive relationships, and to empower them toward more healthy emotional and psychosocial development, and more effective work. DVDs of selected trainings available through www.FixedEarthFilms.com
PSYCHOLOGICAL, EDUCATIONAL, SOCIAL, AND CULTURAL CONCEPTS will be discussed to help participants make sense of all of their lives and relationships: *how you, your child, your family, the other person (be he/she a relative, client, customer, peer, colleague, supervisor, or supervisee) came to be; *help you become more aware of yourself and your child, and/or the other person; *become more aware of your and your child's and/or the other person's feelings, thoughts, and behavior; *integrate this into healthier development and more productive and/or profitable relationships.
